PostGradHeroes Core Programme

Oxford PostGradHeroes Programme is the ideal summer vacation course in the historic centre of Oxford, designed to boost your future career prospects, expand your effective working knowledge of business concepts and broaden your operational base of English as the international medium of commercial communication.

The programme is especially targeted at recent graduates from the Middle East preparing to enter full-time employment or those with aspirations for postgraduate studies abroad.

Participants can specialise in one of the following three options if they are taking a 3 week course:

Career Prosperity Programme

The programme will prepare participants to excel both in their job search and selection. Participants who specialise in this programme will receive additional support in career development and will learn to deal with head hunters and other recruitment agencies.

It is our belief that an individual will perform best when personal skills are utilised to optimum level. During this specialist programme, each participant will have their core skills identified and both PGH and the participant will cooperate to find an ideal solution for excelling in future projects and tasks that the participant is going to pursue with the skills he or she possesses.

Academic Mastery Programme

This programme will focus on preparing students for postgraduate studies in international institutions.

The famous institutions around the world are becoming stricter with their admission guidelines and competition has never been as fierce as today. Gaining a high GMAT score is now a requirement of gaining entry into prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School or the London School of Economics.

There will be intensive seminars on GMAT and GRE preparations.

Language Superiority Programme

Rapidly accelerating globalisation has enabled many students and scholars from the around the world to study in universities and institutions of Europe and the USA. Admission officers for certain high demand courses are now extremely careful in accepting international students for the challenging nature of postgraduate programmes. Several tests are in place for assessing the candidates ability in English. The most significant exams are IELTS (International English Language Testing System, Cambridge Business English Certificate (BEC) and TOEFL.

This programme will focus on intensive English language training via seminars and one-to-one tutorials. A range of reading and thinking strategies will be examined.

Fees

Fees include tuition, study materials, accommodation with breakfast in Oriel College dining hall and field trips.
